Zagreb - The Croatian Parliament amended the Court Fees Act on Friday, exempting all persons with disabilities from paying court fees.
Proceedings launched based on final court rulings on the protection of collective interests will also be exempt from court fees.
Parliament ratified the agreement to establish the Centre of Excellence in Finance (CEF) and unanimously ratified the agreement between Croatia and the Swiss Federal Council on Switzerland's contribution to selected EU member states to help reduce economic and social disparities.
MPs endorsed the Croatian National Bank's report on the financial situation, price stability and monetary policy in 2021 and the first half of 2022.
The ruling majority rejected the conclusions by the opposition Left-Green group We Can, who requested data on sectors in which margins increased the most, data on the impact of inflation on specific households and called on the government to commit to initiating dialogue at the next Economic and Social Council meeting on a fairer distribution of the inflation burden.
