Zagreb - "The terrible tragedy at Prečko Primary School has deeply shaken all of Croatia," Croatian Parliament Speaker Gordan Jandroković said on Friday, expressing on behalf of the MPs and personally, his condolences to the parents of the child killed in a knife attack.
The knife attack at Prečko Primary School in Zagreb, in which one child died and several others were injured, was carried out by a 19-year-old former student of the school with a record of mental health issues.
The Sabor Speaker also wished a speedy recovery to all the injured children and teacher and added that he supported the staff and students affected by the traumatic tragedy.
"I wish strength to all those directly affected by this tragedy to endure these truly difficult moments, and once again, I extend my sincere condolences," he said.
