241 laws adopted by the Croatian Parliament in 2019

Zagreb - During this year, the national parliament passed 241 laws, and 47 of them have been aligned with EU legislation. 

Throughout 2019, the legislature held five sessions which lasted 107 days, and as many as 480 items on the agenda have been discussed by members of the Parliament.

MPs have taken the floor 11,000 times and put 884 questions to the Government.

The statistical data show that lawmakers were in session for nearly a third of 2019.
