Joint Action for Security and Stability in the Mediterranean
Dubrovnik – The International Parliamentary Conference “Building democratic security in the Mediterranean: common challenges, shared responsibility” was held on Tuesday as part of Croatia’s Chairmanship of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers, organized by the Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and the Croatian Parliament.

Dubrovnik - Croatian Parliament Speaker Gordan Jandroković, speaking in Dubrovnik on Tuesday, emphasised the importance of cooperation between northern and southern Mediterranean countries, adding that Croatia wanted to promote stability and peace in the Mediterranean.
Republic of Croatia to Take Over the Chairmanship of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers
At the forthcoming meeting of the ministers of foreign affairs of the Council of Europe (CE) member states to be held on 18th May 2018 in Elsinore, Denmark, the Republic of Croatia will take over the chairmanship of the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers.
Parliamentary Conference "Building democratic security in the Mediterranean"
In the framework of the Croatian Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe an international parliamentary Conference "Building democratic security in the Mediterranean" will be held in Dubrovnik on 6th November 2018. The Conference is organized by the Croatian Parliament in cooperation with the Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy of the Council of Europe.
