Zagreb - The parliament on Wednesday adopted unanimously the amendment to the legislation on unfair trading practices in food supply chains and to the legislation on auditing.
The amended law on preventing unfair trading practices annuls provisions on minimum margins for food and agricultural products that are sensitive production-wise and market-wise and that limits of the final selling prices should also be removed.
The adopted changes to the Audit Act envisage that all auditors who fail to undergo at least 120 hours of professional training in three years will be erased from the register of authorised auditors.
The Sabor amended the Law on the Rehabilitation of Credit Institutions and Investment Companies and the Law on Compulsory Liquidation of Credit Institutions.
MPs adopted several reports, including one on the performance of the HINA steering committee in 2022.
