Zagreb - Parliament on Friday amended the Consumer Protection Act of which citizens, buyers and users of public services expect bigger protection and major changes to their benefit.
The law was amended with 107 votes for and 19 abstentions. A dozen amendments moved by the opposition were rejected.
Parliament also amended the Sustainable Waste Management Act and endorsed, with 76 votes for, 43 against and three abstentions, the prime minister's report on European Council meetings in 2018.
