Zagreb - Sabor Speaker Gordan Jandroković on Tuesday announced a packed schedule for the next ten days, leading up to the conclusion of the regular autumn session. Among the key agenda items is a vote of no confidence against Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, initiated by the SDP, which is set for debate today.
To accommodate the workload, Parliament will convene next week starting Monday instead of Tuesday. Sessions will extend beyond the usual 7:30 PM and continue until all items planned for the day are addressed, Jandroković said.
Today, Parliament will debate the SDP's motion of no confidence in Prime Minister Plenković. On Wednesday, MPs will discuss amendments to the state budget and on Thursday there will be a discussion on the selection of ten Constitutional Court judges, followed by debates on a package of financial laws on Friday.
In addition to these debates, Parliament will vote on these and other issues on Friday.
The regular autumn session of Parliament is set to end on 15 December. However, this year, sessions will conclude earlier, on Friday, 13 December, allowing MPs to begin their month-long winter recess.
