Pursuant to articles 216 and 224 of the Croatian Parliament’s Standing Orders, Speaker of Parliament convoked the Parliament for the 9th session scheduled to take place on 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29 and 30 January, 3, 4, 5, 6, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26 and 27 February and 3, 4, 5, 6, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26 and 27 March 2026.

35th anniversary of promulgation of the first Constitution
On 21 December 1990, the Croatian Parliament adopted its first Constitution and solemnly proclaimed it the next day. Since it was adopted just before Christmas, it was also called the Christmas Constitution.
