Parliament speaker wishes happy Easter to all faithful in Croatia

Zagreb - Parliament Speaker Josip Leko on Friday extended his best wishes to all faithful in Croatia celebrating Easter according to the Gregorian calendar, the Office of the Parliament Speaker said in a statement.

"With the prospect of a new beginning, the great Christian holiday of Easter encourages believers to persist on the path of good and justice and care for their dear ones," the letter read.

Leko said that this year this message had been strengthened by Pope Francis's call to all world leaders to have in mind the wellbeing of each and every human being. (Hina)
